Unknown Baptist Scholarships for Christians

College Baptist scholarships for Christians are unknown scholarships which are only known to those who are seeking financial aid directly from their Baptist church. In other words, the Baptist themselves only discover about these church Baptist scholarships when their son/daughter needs financial aid and they make a direct inquiry at their church they are presently attending. Otherwise they are under the radar so to speak. They are obscure and not too well publicized.

The Baptist World Alliance was formed in 1905 by more than 3000 Baptists from around the world. Today, the Alliance boasts a membership of over 37 million Baptist believers with a community of over 105 million.

National Ministries provide many educational opportunities such as college scholarships for Baptist students, to American Baptists through the American Baptist Financial Aid Program. I’ve been elated to see your website – baptist-scholarships because I’m a baptist and seeking for church music scholarship. Unfortunately, I’m not an american. I’m a Filipino living in the Philippines. I’m a teacher by profession and I’ve been in our local church’s ( Convention Baptist ) music ministry for more than two decades now as choir director and church pianist but without a Music degree. It has always been my desire to take up Music in a Baptist institution. This, to fully enhance my God-given talent and to enrich my commitment to the music ministry of my church to the greater glory . Don’t you have one available for baptist servants like me? Or maybe, some recommendations? I appreciate very much your christian consideration.

    Erna Le,

you must contact the state of the Country (Philippines) your living in the Educational Department to see what they can do for you. Most all of the scholarships here are American based companies that do restrict you if your not a citizen of the US. You may be surprised to find out that you may be eligible for aid from your Country’s Educational Department if you just try. Call them to see what your options are.

Hello, I have been a Baptist church pianist for 38 years and have the documentation stating the church I have served and how long. My daughter will be applying to colleges this spring. Because of my service, could you tell me what scholarships of which she can qualify? Thank you.

  14. admin says:

    Cheryl,

your daughter’s qualifications will be used to qualify for scholarships. In regards to need based financial aid and grants, your income and assets will be used to help her receive aid of some type. Go to high school scholarships for college, guaranteed scholarships, easy scholarships and unknown scholarships.

I know there is a scholarship available due to my service. I guess I’ll have to keep looking. Thanks, though!

  16. admin says:

    Cheryl,

yes, I would keep looking in the Christian scholarship sponsors direction because of your service. I love your determination and this is how most students get their scholarships – by never giving up on looking for one!
